Studio Unit Launched in Karbala Shrine’s Quranic Media Center

IQNA – The Quranic Media Center affiliated with the Astan (custodianship) of Imam Hussein (AS) holy shrine announced the launch of its studio unit.

The studio unit was launched in an effort to spread the Quranic culture and awareness among different segments of the Iraqi society.

Wassam Nadhir Al-Delfi, head of the Quranic Media Center, said this studio was inaugurated in the presence of number of the Astan’s officials, including Sheikh Khairuddin Al-Hadi and Murtaza Jamaluddin.

The Quranic Media Center is making efforts to produce and present programs to raise awareness and make sure its educational programs are useful for the community and serve the public interest, he said.

Al-Delfi added that the activities in this studio will not be limited to producing programs only but will also include presenting Quranic lectures and sessions, and recording Murtal and Majood Khatm Quran sessions and Islamic hymns.

The studio unit invites Quran reciters and memorizers interested in recording their programs and recitations to visit the Astan’s media center to be included in the schedule of future programs, he noted.
